The refund tiers below need your confirmed figures before publishing. The structure and the hurricane clause are the parts that matter most.
Vacation rentals
Refunds are tiered by how much notice you give, measured from the scheduled arrival date. The tiers appear on every booking confirmation and are shown before payment, not afterwards.
Transfers
Transfers cancelled with reasonable notice before the scheduled pickup are refunded in full. Because a vehicle and driver are allocated to you specifically, late cancellations and no-shows are treated differently.
Hurricanes and mandatory evacuation
Florida weather is the one thing no policy can ignore. The trigger for a weather-related refund should be defined precisely rather than left to discretion — a named storm affecting the area, a mandatory evacuation order for the county, or a closure of Orlando International. A precise trigger protects both sides and removes the argument entirely.
If we need to change your booking
If a property becomes unavailable through no fault of yours, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund. We would rather move you into a better house than have you arrive at a worse one.
